Interactive Farm Twin

Growing beds, as laid out on site

Beds keep their positions on the floor plan. Water and nutrient manifolds run along the south aisle from the two tanks. Choose each bed's irrigation source, or open a bed for its twin inspector.

Actuators & Twin Control

Command the physical plant through its twin

Every command is published to the edge, acknowledged by the device and mirrored in the twin within one tick.

Fertigation loop

Click a valve to open or close it. Flow animates where water actually moves.

Crop Digital Twins & Phenology

Every cohort, ageing in step with its bed

Biological age is driven by growing degree days (GDD) and today's stress. Yield forecasts update live.

Predictive & Scenario Simulation

Ask the twin "what if?" before you touch the farm

Forks the current twin state and runs the climate and root-zone model forward. Nothing reaches the physical farm until you apply it.

Resource & ESG Analytics

What the farm takes, and what it gives back

Harvest Logistics Twin

A full truck is not the same as a well-loaded truck

Today's harvest goes onto one multi-temperature reefer for five drops. The twin checks axle limits at departure and after every drop. It also checks the legal centre of gravity, whether any pallet blocks an earlier stop, and that every pallet sits in its cold-chain zone.
